These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChatFlow ("the Service"), operated by Walme LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using ChatFlow, you agree to these Terms.

ChatFlow is a developer application that integrates with third-party platforms to provide messaging and conversation functionality. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using ChatFlow, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

• Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform with which ChatFlow integrates.

4. Third-Party Platforms

ChatFlow may interact with third-party platforms (such as Meta products). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to ChatFlow are owned by Walme LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including its reliability, accuracy, or availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walme LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
